Providing capacity building, mentoring and Coaching on Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning to staff and institutions including Media Council of Tanzania (MCT), WAJIBU Institute of Public Accountability towards facilitating MEL systems that effectively demonstrate the impact and sustainability of their current strategic plans and programmes.
Providing mentorship and technical support on Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning
Providing mentorship and technical support on Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning for “Collective impact through shared learning” to Regional Education and Learning Initiative (RELI) Grantees in Tanzania Mainland and Zanzibar. RELI grantees (Haki Elimu, ArchBishop Mihayo University College of Tabora (AMUCTA), Africaid, Milele Zanzibar Foundation (MZF), Sazani Associates, African Initiatives) are Civil Society Organization who coordinate and implement programs in education under any or more of the following
clusters:  Teacher Development and Support,  Life skills and Youth leadership,  Flexible and Adaptable Learning Approaches, and  Accountability for the right to education.

Mentoring and coaching support
Mentoring and coaching support to The Foundation for Tomorrow on 2016-2021 strategy implementation and evaluation of pilot programs on Curriculum-based life-skills integration using sports in primary schools, Happy and Sad Boxes approach to child protection, Co-management of public schools, Evaluation of teacher award and development initiatives among others.
Monitoring and Evaluation to facilitate an understanding of the Theory of Change,
Training of Zanzibar Legal Services Center (ZLSC)  Staff and Board on Learning by Doing Monitoring and Evaluation to facilitate an understanding of the Theory of Change, Programme Quality and improving the Strategy and Monitoring and Evaluation System and capacity of the structures of the organization;  Training ZLSC Board on Board Governance. Facilitated by Embassy of Sweden in Tanzania
